New Delhi June 20, 2022: MTB’s Chairman participated as a chief guest and addressed an online valedictory function held on 20th June 2022 organized jointly by the Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia(JMI) and Jamia Senior Secondary School. This valedictory function was organized on the successful completion of In-Service Training Programme for teachers of Jamia Schools which was held from May 31 to June 20, 2022.
The purpose of the programme is to train and build the capacity of more than 50 teachers of Mushir Fatima Nursery School, Jamia Middle School, Jamia Senior Secondary School and Balak Mata Centre.
The inaugural session of the programme was started with a welcome address by Prof. Atiqur Rahman, Principal, Jamia Senior Secondary School. He highlighted the importance of the In-service Training programme for teachers to enhance their academic growth and pedagogical competencies to meet the diverse challenges of the classroom and online teachings. JMI Vice-Chancellor Prof. Najma was the Chief Guest of the inaugural session.
