Two day conclave held for school management heads

New Delhi 30^th August, 2020: Two-day virtual education conclave from 29^th to 30^th August, 2020 was organized by the Markazi Taleemi Board on the theme ‘conclave 2020 Together Towards Tomorrow & Hereafter’ for the School Management Head. People from school management and principals of educational institutions participated in the conclave.

The conclave began with the introductory remarks of Amir-e-Jamaat-e-Islami, Jb. Syed Sadatullah Hussaini Sahib. The Chairman of the Markazi Taleemi Board, Jb. Nusrat Ali, keeping in view the objective of setting up the Board, made the people aware about the work done by the board.

Mr. Shams Tabrez, Ex-Princiapl, Emirates English Speaking School, Dubai gave a presentation on how schools and teachers can play their role and involve the guardians for the career building of the students.

Professor Siddiqui Mohd Mahmood, Registrar, MANUU explained on what role school leadership can play and why it can be effective. He also gave a presentation of two institutes on best practices.

Mr. Sajid Sahib gave a presentation on the subject of schoolism. Mr. Sajid belongs to Jharkhand and runs his own school. He has also been honored by the government for Best Teaching Entrepreneurship.

The second presentation was given by Mr. Noorul Islam Sahib, Secretary, Al-Amin Academy. He briefed about the journey of Al-Amin Academy so far. There was also a question and answer session after the presentation.

Mr. Syed Tanveer Ahmed, Director, Markazi Taleemi Board explained to the people about what kind of communication skills school leaders should have and the strengths and weaknesses of the institutions due to communication skills. He also highlighted the relationship between school teachers and human resources.

Dr. Taufeeq Muhammad Thani, Head of Tarbiya, Adni Islamic School Malaysia explained the difference between academic and holistic development, and also highlighted how to accommodate it in school.

Mr. Inam-ur-Rehman, Asstt. Sec., MTB introduced the details of SOPs of the institutions. He also said that the Markazi Taleemi Board would prepare and provide SOPs of the institutions.

Mr. Asadullah Umri, Life Coach & Educationist gave a presentation on the effects of Covid-19 on children, and what should be done to normalize by the school.

Professor MS Farooqi, the Executive Director, ACIIE tried to explain what skill development is and how to develop it through representation of three videos.
