CTAG – Centre for Training and Academic Guidance is the solution to all your queries in the field of West Bengal Civil Services Examination. Selection Process :
Candidates have to apply online mode through our website. On the basis of the entrance examination selected candidates will be called for a personality test. The final selected list will be published on the basis of total acquired marks in the entrance examination and personality test.
Coaching’s Achievements :
Out of 43 students, the following results have been achieved:
- 13 students have secured government jobs (central and state levels).
- 19 students have qualified for the WBCS Preliminary Exam.
- 5 students have cleared the WBCS Mains Exam.
- 2 students have been called for the WBCS Group A Personality Test.
- 6 students qualified for the Calcutta High Court LDA Preliminary Exam.
- 1 student cleared the ALP Preliminary Exam for Railways.

Syllabus for Entrance Examination :
- WBCS preliminary-based M.C.Q (200 marks) : Rules of negative marking is applicable
- WBCS mains are based on two compulsory papers i.e. Bengali and English only. (200 marks each)
Qualification and Criteria :
- A graduate degree from a recognised university.
- Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.
- Not below 21 years but no more than 36 years on the 1st January of the year of examination.
