New Delhi, 9th December, 2024 – The Markazi Taleemi Board (MTB) recently organized an online Review Meeting for the Master Trainers Course – Group 2, attended by a diverse group of educators, including teachers, professors, principals, and headmasters from various institutions. The meeting served as an important platform to assess the progress of the training program and to discuss ways to improve the quality of education across the board.
Dr. Sadat Husain, an esteemed educationist, highlighted the significance of quality education for students and emphasized the horizontal and vertical progress of minority educational institutions. He stressed the importance of training all four key stakeholders in a school – teachers, non-teaching staff, principals, and headmasters – to ensure the smooth functioning and improvement of educational standards. According to Dr. Husain, empowering all members of the school community is essential for building a stronger foundation for students’ academic and personal development.
Syed Tanveer Ahmed, Secretary of Markazi Taleemi Board, addressed the meeting by pointing out the critical role of the trainers in the program. He reminded participants that trainers must ensure not only their active participation in lectures but also the completion of assignments to enhance their effectiveness in the field. He urged all trainers to prepare thoroughly beyond the structured training programs to fully equip themselves for the challenges of imparting education.
In his message, Syed Tanveer Ahmed emphasized that Allah has chosen each participant for this responsibility, and with that comes a great obligation toward society and the almighty. “You are all responsible for nurturing future generations, and your role in shaping society through education is pivotal,” he said.
The meeting concluded with a call to action for all involved to remain committed to the task of quality education, as their efforts would contribute to the progress and empowerment of the community.
The Markazi Taleemi Board remains dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of educators and advancing the cause of education in minority institutions, ensuring that every student has access to quality education regardless of their background.
