New Delhi, December 1, 2024 – The Markazi Taleemi Board (MTB) organized a thorough review of its Master Trainers Programme, aimed at assessing the progress and engagement of the participants. The session witnessed the participation of ten selected Master Trainers across India, who were evaluated by Syed Tanveer Ahmed, Secretary of MTB.
During the review, Mr. Ahmed focused on several key aspects, including the regularity of attendance and the timely submission of assignments. The evaluation also encouraged participants to provide constructive feedback on the programme’s strengths and areas for improvement.
The participants expressed their keen interest in various educational domains, including pedagogy, curriculum development, parenting, technology tools, artificial intelligence, literature, history, value education, and moral education. They emphasized the need for enhanced training in these areas to better serve their communities.
Participants suggested enhancing the Master Trainers Programme by fostering a strong support system, encouraging collaborative learning, improving communication, and extending Q&A sessions for deeper engagement and better outcomes.
In his address, Mr. Ahmed highlighted the board’s vision of empowering Master Trainers to become education experts capable of contributing not only at the district level but also at the state level. He underscored the critical need for specialists in curriculum design, educational psychology, child psychology, and the philosophy of education within the community. “We rarely find individuals in our community who can effectively work on these crucial aspects of education. Strengthening these areas is essential for the educational advancement of our society,” he remarked.
The session concluded with insightful remarks from Maulana Inamullah Falahi, Coordinator of Curriculum at MTB, who emphasized the importance of consistent effort. Quoting a Hadith, he reminded participants of the value of small, regular actions. “Taking these classes seriously is vital, as significant efforts go into arranging expert educators and renowned resource persons for these sessions. If you miss a lecture, make sure to watch the recorded videos available on the Taleemi Board’s YouTube channel and share them with others. This will help in creating a larger pool of Master Trainers across all states, contributing to the educational upliftment of the community,” he added.
The Master Trainers Programme, spearheaded by the Markazi Taleemi Board, is part of its broader mission to build a cadre of skilled educators equipped with modern teaching methodologies and a deep understanding of educational philosophy. The programme aims to foster a robust educational framework that meets the evolving needs of the community.
This initiative reflects the board’s commitment to nurturing educational leaders who can inspire change and drive progress at various levels, ultimately contributing to the holistic development of society.
