Markazi Taleemi Board organized an important round table discussion on ‘the current education crisis and analytical study of National Achievement Survey (NAS) Report 2021’. NAS Report 2021 is one of the largest sample surveys during Covid-19 pandemic with regards to learning outcome of school children of class 3, class 5, class 8, and class 10 which was recently released by Ministry of Education, Government of India. Earlier Sadat Hussain (Research Scholar, JNU) had studied important aspects of NAS Report 2021 and presented summery of it in the roundtable meeting. Professor Ilyas Hussain Sahab (Former Pro Vice Chancellor of Jamia Millia Islamia) expressed his concern over learning gaps and shared important suggestions in this regards to Markazi Taleemi Board. Other participants shared positive outcomes of ‘Mission Bunyad’ scheme of Delhi Government and participants suggested important points to overcome the learning gap of school children.
While expressing the opinions Janab Syed Tanveer Ahmed Sahab (Director, Markazi Taleemi Board) said, “after so much efforts and scientific thinking experts in education introduced an important model and it is called as AICU (Academic Intensive Care Unit). Shaheen group of educational institutions has co-opted this model which has given positive result.”
This roundtable discussion was chaired by Janab Mujtaba Farooq Sahab (Chairman, Markazi Taleemi Board. Responding to the suggestions and opinions of the participants he said, “We cannot change the existing crisis in the education until and unless we collectively make some responsible efforts.” He strongly opposed imposition of PPP model and said that, this will create a room for privatization and commercialization and commercialization in education sector is not beneficial for the society. Especially the downtrodden of the society will suffer by this policy and education will end up in much deeper crisis than the current crisis. He appealed for creating awareness related to education especially among Minorities. In this discussion apart from the leaders of Markazi Taleemi Board Murshid Ali (Vice President, All India Ideal Teachers Association-AIITA), Mohammed Faryad Ali (Teacher, Hamdard public school), Shakeel Ahmed (UP State President, AIITA), Khalique Ahmed (UP State Secretary, AIITA) Muzaffar Ali and Abdurrashid (All India Education Movement), Qazi Mohammed Miya (Administrator, Scholar school) and other experts in the field of education from reputed educational organizations were present and expressed their opinion on NAS Report 2021.

نئی دہلی: مرکزی تعلیمی بورڈ،جماعت اسلامی ہند کے زیر اہتمام دہلی میں واقع مرکز میں ’ملک کی موجودہ تعلیمی صورتحال کی زبوں حالی اور این اے ای 2021(نیشنل اچیومنٹ سروے2021) کی رپورٹ کا تجزیاتی مطالعہ‘ کے عنوان سے ایک اہم ترین مباحثے کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ مذکورہ رپورٹ کے اہم ترین پہلوؤں پرجے این یو کے ریسرچ اسکالر سعادت حسین خلیفہ نے تحقیق کی تھی جس کی ایک مختصر اور جامع رپورٹ بنا کر انہوں نے اس مباحثے میں پیش کی۔اس موقع پر جامعہ ملیہ اسلامیہ کے سابق پرووائس چانسلرپروفیسر الیاس حسین نے مذکورہ رپورٹ کی روشنی میں مرکزی تعلیمی بورڈ کو کافی اہم تجاویز دی۔شرکاء نے دہلی حکومت کے ذریعہ چلائے جانے والے ’مشن بنیاد‘کی طرف شرکا کی توجہ مبذول کرائی اور اس سے رونما ہونے والے مثبت اثرات پر بھی اپنی بات رکھی۔ انہوں نے تعلیمی گراوٹ کو دور کرنے کے لیے بہت ہی اہم نکات کی طرف توجہ دلائی۔
مرکزی تعلیمی بورڈ کے ڈائریکٹر سید تنویر احمدنے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ” تعلیمی شعبے میں انقلاب لانے والی شخصیات نے انتہائی جانفشانی اور عرق ریزی کے بعد ایک نئے ماڈل کو متعارف کرایا ہے۔ اسے اے آئی سی یو ماڈل(اکیڈمک انٹینسیو کیئر یونٹ)کا نام دیا گیا ہے۔یہ ماڈل شاہین گروپ نے تیار کیا تھا جو بڑی کامیابی کے ساتھ اپنے نتائج پیش کررہا ہے۔
اس پروگرام کی صدار ت مرکزی تعلیمی بورڈ کے چیئرمین جناب مجتبیٰ فاروق صاحب کر رہے تھے۔انہوں نے اپنے اختتامی و صدارتی خطاب میں تمام مقررین کی تجاویز پر کافی جامع انداز میں روشنی ڈالی اور کہا کہ ”ہم اس وقت تک تعلیمی نظام کو درست نہیں کرسکتے جب تک کہ ہم مجموعی طور پر اس کے تئیں ذمہ دارانہ مساعی کا مظاہرہ نہیں کرتے۔ انہوں پی پی پی ماڈل(پبلک پرائیویٹ پارٹنرشپ)کو تھوپنے کی پرزور انداز میں مخالفت کی اور کہا کہ اس سے تعلیم کی نجکاری ہوگی جو کسی کے لیے بھی مفید نہیں ہے۔ اس کا سب سے منفی اثرمعاشی طور پر کمزور طبقات کے بچوں پر پڑے گا اور اس کی وجہ سے ملک تعلیمی شعبے میں مزید ابتر پوزیشن میں پہنچ جائے گا۔ انہوں نے بالخصوص اقلیتی طبقے میں تعلیمی بیداری لانے کی اپیل کی۔ اس مباحثے میں جماعت اسلامی ہند کی اہم شخصیات کے علاوہ مرشد علی(نائب صدر آل انڈیا آئیڈیل ٹیچرس ایسوسی ایشن)، محمد فریاد علی(استاذ، ہمدرد پبلک اسکول)،شکیل احمد(ریاستی صدر، اے آئی آئی ٹی اے)، خلیق احمد(سکریٹری، اے آئی آئی ٹی اے)، محمد مظفر علی و عبدالرشید(آل انڈیا ایجوکیشن موومنٹ)، قاضی محمد میاں (ایڈمنسٹریٹر، دی اسکالر اسکول)، سلیم اللہ خان(اسسٹنٹ سکریٹری، مرکزی تعلیمی بورڈ)، مولانا انعام اللہ فلاحی(کورڈینیٹر درسیات مرکزی تعلیمی بورڈ، جماعت اسلامی ہند)سمیت دیگر سرکردہ شخصیات اور ماہرین تعلیم نے بھی اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کیا اور تجاویز پیش کیں۔
